Red Road Who?

The Red Road team has a wide variety of skills to assist you with any media needs you may have. The two founders of Red Road Marketing are Layne Polzin and Posey Gaines.

Partner – Layne Polzin

Layne Polzin has over 21 years of extensive marketing, development & design experience ranging from VP of an Advertising Design Agency to Executive Producer of one of the top webcasting and streaming companies in the world. He has served as the Executive Producer for World Wide Events for iBeam Broadcasting a publicly traded international webcast company offices in London, Tokyo and throughout the US.

Mr. Polzin has produced both live and archived events for companies ranging from pharmaceutical firms, software giants to entertainment moguls. High profile clients include Lotus, WWF, IBM, Bristol-Meyer Squibb and Hard Rock Café. He holds the distinction of producing the first live interactive webcast in history (the Atlantic Coast Conference 1999 (ACC Tournament 1999) as well as the first international interactive webcast Lotusphere Berlin 1999. His creative and knowledgeable training and production skills gained Mr. Polzin international recognition as an innovative producer and Executive Producer. Mr. Polzin has received a number of awards for his design work and has written articles for national publications. Mr. Polzin is a published poet for the Readers Digest and Time Magazine. Layne has held a number of Board Seats including a position on the Advertising Curriculum Revue Board for the NEC.


Layne lives in Tulsa, OK with his wife, Chris and 3 children.

Partner - Posey gaines

Posey drives the marketing and user experience at Red Road Marketing. He coordinates our team of user experience directors, creative directors, information architects, designers, content developers, copywriters, editors and multimedia specialists.

With more than 20 years in marketing, advertising and Internet services, Posey has experience in positioning, brand and identity development, advertising (radio and print), direct mail, print collateral, Web site development, and Webinars
His vision and experience ensure that the projects we deliver drive profitability, revenue and increase awareness for our customers.

Prior to joining Red Road Marketing, Posey worked for 7 years as the Chief Website Architect and Director of Graphic Design for the network management software company SolarWinds.

Posey lives in Broken Arrow, OK with his wife, Vicki, one dog and 2 cats.
